We hire people who can do the work and explain it to somebody who cannot. Small team, real projects, no dress code.

What it is like here

You will talk to clients. You will work across disciplines, because a five-person shop does not have the luxury of narrow lanes. If you like owning a project from the first conversation to the thing going live, this suits you. If you want to be handed tightly-scoped tickets, it will not.
