How we install it
1. Site audit. We look at your internet connection, your cabling and how your staff actually use the phones. A VOIP system on an inadequate connection sounds worse than what you have now, and we would rather find that out first.
2. System selection. We recommend hardware and a provider based on the audit, not on what we have in the van.
3. Setup, configuration and training. We install it, configure the routing and greetings, and show your staff how to use it.
